Fascinating - I've been using them for 20+ years, and have found them damn
near indestructible. I've broken a bulb once from using it as a hammer, and
had several stolen or lost. But no vehicle of mine has been without one
sincre I got my first one in 1981 or so.

Ditto. They have a compartment for caring a spare bulb. And if you
buy the brighter Krypton bulbs from Radio Shack you may use it as a
hammer, too.

Hi Jennifer,
That's the reason some men carry the Mag-lite, as a legal baton. Get
stopped with a baseball bat or lug wrench in your back seat and it's
past go, straight to jail, felony. Geez, it's only a mis-demeanor for my
concealed. You know it's that judged by twelve of my peers, rather than
carried.

Re: Mag lite-where?
What?? You can't get stopped with a Baseball bat or Lug wrench in your
Jeep? It's not that bad is it? Surely you be kidding.
