Different stuff for different regions. I liked roof light when i lived in
So Cal . I have broken 3 windsheilds on low branches here in heavy snows,
just easing thru them at idle and now have a guard there to lift them. My
winch is great here, but not much good in Glamis without an anchor.

Bill, what would you recommend for me then. I would really like to add some
more lights to my jeep but i agree with you not liking off road lights below
the head light level.
If you would recommend a light bar what one would you get. Would you get one
that goes on the windshield braket and up or one that u drill on the
windshield frame?

Re: Light Bracket for jeep wrangler
I don't have a recommendation, I prefer to drill holes and make
brackets. I do recommend Daylighters:
http://www.kcautomotive.com/hilites/daylighters.htm though.
