Actually I'm only 29 so wrenching isn't getting to me just yet. Volleyball
tournaments and hockey tournaments usually require a few 200mg tablets the
next day though.

I usually take 1/3 the prescribed dose and put up with some stiff places
for the long term. Beer does work as a substitute usually. ;-) I will
take a low dose in the morning before the start of a job, then if we get
into the beer, I don't need any more the rest of the day. Works for
me....
The doctors offered the strong ones, I refused. I don't like the side
effects from the codeine ones for sure. They are way too easy to get
'used to' so you need a higher dose.
