I've seen three empty drivaways and heard of at least four others.

Hi Bill,
Our work orders had two boxes for each of the critical checks to be
initial by two attendants, such as drain plug and fill, and this still
happens. But mostly by people that know this procedure and want a new
engine. Makes the insurance premiums outrageous.

You won't see that in Kalifornia, as the scales on our highways
will dead line them, well except for the Mexican trucks, our law
enforcement are not allowed to touch them.
