It can be difficult to tell. Sometimes the color is an indication: red -
skyjacker, grey - rubicon, yellow - superlift...
What is it TJ, YJ, CJ or what?

vehicle.
In basic terms:
A body lift consists of longer body mount bushings.
A shackle lift (YJ or CJ) consists of extended length shackles, stock length
is about 3" bolt center to center.
A suspension lift consists over arched leaf springs (YJ or CJ), spring over
axle (SOA) conversion (YJ or CJ) or extended coil springs track bars, and
control arms (TJ)
Several other items not mentioned are involved in all lifts.
