The overall diameter of that particular size tire should be 30.7" when new.

Not to mention the actual rolling diameter is smaller yet due to the
flat spot on the bottom of the tire. Rolling diameter is measured from
the ground to the center of rotation.

I have 13/16" of rubber about ten thousand miles with an alignment

would guess when Lincoln's head pops into view you'll be down to 29".
