Re: How many Jeep Owners Forum regulars does it take to change a Light
Hmmm maybe not the same one you know of...
I have one of a 1941 Slatgrill parked next to a German Kubelwagen - the Kubel's
got Afrika Corps logo on the side, so they are both very early vehicles.... and
the rub if they are in snow... somewhere... maybe both were brought back to
Germany or the US.
Is this the same PIC you are talking about?
If not let me see your PIC. I can dig out mine if you are interested.

Hi Brian,
Nope, It is surrounded by unformed Germans and is dated something
like '38, way before the Jeep went into product, and it's obviously not
the People's Car Thing. I spent a couple hours last night trying to
remember the search criteria, to no avail. I know it pops up easily with
with some combination of W.W.II MB38 Jeep Military plus whatever I
wanted.

Hi Brian,
Thanks, I copied that for future reference, but it looks like it
was taken out side the war years, no white star on it to keep us from
strafing it. I'll keep looking but not today.
