kk The turn single switch doe's still cancel when I turn the wheel.
Just the high beams do not turn off all the way. Thanks Jamie

The Turn Signal switch is really called a Combo Switch because it does a
combination of functions. Each of these functions is independent of the
others. There is absolutely no value in knowing that the Turn Signals turn
off automatically when you turn the wheel, but the high beams remain on. If
you had trouble with the Brake Lights, and the trouble changed if you fiddle
with the Turn Signals, there is value in knowing this condition. But, the
Low & High Beams and Turn Signals are completely separate functions, and
have no relationship to each other.

The combo switch can easily have a failure that causes the high beams to
remain on anytime the lights are on, and the turn signals will work properly
at the same time.
