I put a Hard top with 1/2 doors on my 97... it isnt a perfect fit but I like
the hard top when I wheel... I put the 1/2 top on for driving around town

Television, tells me Grand County, Colorado are throwing people in
jail for not paying their ambulance service, your area doing the same?

You can't put people in jail in Colorado for mere non-payment of bills.
There has to be an element of fraud or other illegal act involved. That
said, I am not familiar with the story. Rocky Mountain News online doesn't
have it, neither does 9News.com. Rural ambulance services typically "write
off" 30% of bills for service as non-collectable. Sometimes they threaten
to give the bills to a collection agency, which they have a perfect right to
do, but usually they don't even bother. Small town politics, people are
reluctant to hurt each others' feelings.
Many people have "sticker shock" on calling an ambulance for the first time.
This is not a socialist state, you do not have a right to free medical care,
and you could owe five hundred bucks for a simple ride to the hospital.
