But the CJ is working sweet! :-)

Got hit on June 9th.

I had busted/dislocated ribs from the seat belt, torn ligaments in my
knee and ankle, compressed neck vertebra from C3 to C7 that seized up
all my chest muscles so I couldn't breathe and was rushed to emergency
for that 2 weeks later and a 'stroke' or bleed out in my brain from my
head bouncing off the door frame....

One Doc said it is a good thing I have a 19 1/2" neck or it might have
been broken....

It has been a looooong and boring and painful summer, that's for sure.

The muscles are starting to work again, but the stroke symptoms and
pinched nerves in my neck are really slow to go away.

I have no sense of smell at all on the right side and my right eye can't
handle daylight, my right reflexes are slow on the neurologist's 'stun
gun' test with a weak right leg too.

Physio has me just being able to move my neck more than 1/4 way to the
left in the last couple weeks. The chiropractor part was finally able
to adjust the top vertebra after a painful go with a massage therapist.
That released the spaz out on the left side back/chest muscles so I can
breathe easy again. Feels great!!!!!! Have even gone a couple days
without any pain pills. Too cool!

I was a passenger in a Saturn sedan. The dork that T-boned us needed to
be towed away, his 2002 Honda's front end was crushed. The Saturn
likely has a bent frame but was still driveable.

We were turning 'right' into a driveway in front of the house with the
signal on because the/my driver knew he was being followed, on a short
narrow residential road and the fool tried to pass us on the ditch side
at full throttle showing off for the two Russian chicks with him. He
spoke some english, but they were fresh in. Likely a club hiring
'entertainers' from overseas, it is common here, tons of Russians near
my area, there is a whole mini city of them in North Toronto.

Hi Mike : It sure sounds like your able to get up and around a lot more
than before. I to wished I could make it up to your jeep run as well. I've
never been to Canada. I have always wanted to get there . I just always seem
to be working to much. I have been making Jeep Bumpers On the side from my
normal Job and it's been keeping me busy. I know what it's like some what
to be tied up and not being able to go Jeeping. I love being out in the
wilderness . Well good luck on your better health and have fun on your
jeeping.
