Average speed reads 59 mph, but then it is 6:21 AM so the only once on the
roads are the drunks slowly and carefully (relatively) feeling their way
home...

Average speed reads 59 mph, but then it is 6:21 AM so the only once on the
roads are the drunks slowly and carefully (relatively) feeling their way
home...

weekdays about one o'clock Preferred time.
