A heat gun? (annoying games show buzzer) Wrong answer.
I have a few pictures that show the radio cavity with the duct in question
pointed out. Then there is a picture from under the dash. Don't pass
judgement until you see the pictures. Something is amiss.

... seriously though, patch the hole and put a receiver under the dash
or get a "hidden" stereo. Better have some $ though.
