Yeah, 4" looks like it. The 7" would be better suited to something with
44s.

I live out in the country. During Desert Storm the flyboys were
practicing dogfighting out here. High rumble for hours and days, got the
binocs out and watched. Was cool. I still get F-16s flying on the deck
every now and then, and lots of coast guard pilots out of Corpus
practicing some dead reconing. The jet trainers are gone since Chase
field closed, they were fun, they'd haul *** low and wave! Had a twin
engine job fly north the other evening at 200-300 feet, no lights.
Contraband was my guess, flew right over the house, straight line to the
horizon. "Watch those power lines!"

I will measure but something tells me that they were and inch wider than
stock YJ flares.
