I put YJ flares on mine in the back. This gave me more clearance when my
wheels stuff up in the wheel well. They bolt on perfectly. Once on, you can
trim under the rear end of the flare giving you room for a tire to go
further up. Works fine lasts a long time. Got a pair at Scotty's in Fontana,
Ca. I think they cost me about $15.00 used. Work better than those
Bushwhackey flares for close to $400 clams.

Never heard of Scotty's. From sheetmetal to end of flare, how many
inches?

I'm trying to find that ideal width of function versus looks. The
bushwackers are 7" - thats 2" more than I need, and would probably look
dorky. The warns are 4', one inch short of the sidewall, but not the BFG
mud lugs. Then there is Xenon and all the rest. I'm running 33" BFG MTs

Warn Rocker Guards, Bulletproof Bumpers w/Jerry can carriers, Frame
sandblasted and painted. Model 30 axle up front, model 20 in the rear.
Front axle sandblasted & painted. Front axle soft-locker installed, New
Warn front locking hubs. Rear axle sandblasted and painted. Rear disc
brakes conversion installed and painted. Free floating axle kit
installed. Rear locker installed. Warn rear manual locking hubs
installed. New ring & pinions all the way 'round. Superlift Superride 4"
lift . Con-Fer Axle trusses, front and rear. Formula 1 over tie rod kit.
Brad Kilby sent me a HD gas tank skidplate. New AGR Variable Power
steering unit, JKS Quick Disconnects for swaybar. NV4500 5-speed 3/4 ton
5.56:1 granny low with 27% overdrive transmission. Advanced Adapter's
258 to NV4500 Cast Aluminum bell housing. Westside Perfromance Cast
Aluminum Valve Cover. Tera-Low 4:1 kit. Dana 18 Twin Stick. Eagle Alloy
five spoke wheels Powder coated John Deere Yellow and 33" BFG Mud
Terrain Rebuilt & Balanced 258 (4.2), Mopar MPFI Kit Onboard Air
Compressor, Premier Power Welder onboard welder, custom tranny
crossmember, Cool Cap gas cap. Flush mounted LED taillights. Custom
aluminum bed cover and curved roll bars (working on this at present)

Hopefully the body, fenders, windshield frame, tailgate, doors (4),
hood, grill can all go out for paint in the next 30 days or so.
