I dont know if they have a visual inspection of the engine in Maryland or
not..

Only a couple dozen arrested. They overwhelmed the local cops who called
for backup from Cincinnati, Woodlawn, Lockland, and the Sheriff's
department.

All proclaimed innocence, too bad it was caught on film..
