Last week was F-ing cold, but this week has been a lot warmer. I was
out working in a t-shirt yesterday.
The YJ is getting there, I haven't worked on it much but my dad's out
there pretty frequently with it. He did the carb kit, now he's having
idle troubles. At first, it was flowing fuel at idle, so he pulled it
apart again and it seems to be working more correctly now. I think now
we just need to adjust the idle screws and such.
It also seems like all the emissions stuff has been disconnected, but
it's all still hanging out, cluttering the engine bay. I hope it passes
inspection so we can rip it all out (not because I hate the environment,
but because it's not doing anything anyway).

I'm sure nobody knows about Maryland specifically, but I'm assuming the
nutter bypass should be done post-inspection?
