America is still the biggest polluter per head of population in the world,
and that doesn't include the big chemical companies that have located
themselves in under developed countries becuase they have no polution laws.

America is still the biggest polluter per head of population in the world,
and that doesn't include the big chemical companies that have located
themselves in under developed countries becuase they have no polution laws.
