Dana 300 fluid change
What fluid do you all suggest for a dana 300 (cj7)? Also, is it necessary
to remove the skid plate to change the fluid? Thanks guys.

85w-90 gear oil. you don't need remove the skid plate. just remove the
drain plug at the bottom of the case-it should be visible through a hole.
the fill plug is at the top, it's a square-headed bolt. use a crescent
wrench on it. fill it until it reaches the bottom of the fill plug hole.
