Very correct, I got my horizons crossed-up!
Usage should always be done while the tank is vertical (ie, upright),
otherwise liquid CO2 may end up in the regulator.

gaseous O2 ain't much different Mike.
you don't wanna get oil/grease on your reg, hoses, torch valves, anything.
And it's a good idea to have clean non-greasy gloves for torch work.
