The answer depends on your model year. The first link is to the kit to
mount a TH350 in a 1989-1995 YJ with an original six cylinder engine. The
second link is for four cylinders and earlier than 1989 sixes.

Note that this kit requires driveline modifications and replacement of the
transmission main shaft.
My 1989 Suburban has a 350 cid engine and NP231"C" transfer case. So far
the transfer case has been capable of what the 350 has handed it, which
includes some fairly heavy towing. It is basically identical to your Jeep
transfer case, but it is "clocked" the other way. Now if you are going to
use the Jeep for serious off-road hijinx, then Bill's way is probably the
best way.
