Grrr....I know this has nothing to do with the parting out of the
vehicle, but, in Southern California, I work in an area of
construction where I constantly have to run up against Homeowner's
Associations rules, Neighborhood Covenants, and pretentious city codes
-- and frankly that ---- makes my Yankee blood boil. Hell, my
neighbors here think they own the street.

Can you "register" it as an off-road vehicle? I'm assuming you are
parking off-street.
