What is the actual problem? Is the flasher not working at all, only some
lamps, bulbs burned out, etc?

What have you tried?

What is the actual problem? Is the flasher not working at all, only some
lamps, bulbs burned out, etc?

What have you tried?

the signal is flashing quickly which to i asume is a slowly deteriorating
light, cause if it were the amp,
I assume it wouldn't work at all, but I' really have no clue

That normally means one bulb is burned out or has a bad contact. Turn
on the signals and walk around the vehicle to see which bulb is out or
which one flashes really dim. Then change that bulb.
