Re: OFF TOPIC Re: bouncy front end OFF TOPIC AGAIN another rant (long)
Everytime I hit a bump it would almost wreck me if I was going close to 55
or so. He can rotate the tires for free and see if that makes it better,
also can jack up all 4 corners, and put in 4 wd and let idle in first. if
the wheels bounce, they are the problem. They replaced my dampener and it
didn't help any. rotate fixed it for a while, but still had to get new
tires. had bf goodrich a/t instead of goodyear gsa, cheaper, and they still
look new after over 20k miles on them. I will not use goodyear again if i
can help it. I will see how the mtr's work on the rubicon when I get it.

Hi Patrick,
Tires are often the problem, they must be balanced both
harmonically and dynamically, and that may only be in balance at say
forty five miles an hour, and that is what I balanced my customers for.
I remember another tire problem I had on my Thunderbird, was my steering
wheel had a little pull to the right that screamed alignment, but I
couldn find anything, it wasn't until ten years later that, that glass
belted bias seventy sirie finaly wore out, and I found my car drove
straght down the lanes without my hands on the wheel.
