I belive in this case that faulty wiring can be ruled out with very
little debate. I'm pretty confident that I can say with out a doubt
that my winch has been wired up to a standard above and beyond
anything that most anyone here has.
The problem was %100 the batteries in question.

And I'd say your wrong.
The Warn HS9500 FLA is only 425amps, not 600.. Under a no load
condition which is when the batteries failed that value drops to under
50.. Not to mention my winch is fused well below FLA.
A draw of under 50a is well within the ability of a 1000CCA battery to
deliver.. Considering in both instances the hood was open, and more
then adiquate ventalation was availible, assuming the gusting winds
were not just imagined during the heat of the moment...
Mastercraft batteries have a known history of failure..
Oh wait, maybe it's just because it's not a real jeep right?
