Still does not account for why the rear works, and not the front or the
dash. The column only knows "blinker on" - " blinker off" and that is
working (in the rear). I have the old switch I can plug in to test that
theory.

order to be able to switch off the rear stop light to use as a turn
signal.

the green with white stripe is common between the front and the dash, and
