It's not leaking there. That I could deal with easier.
I'd probably should have called it a bulkhead fitting.

Can't get a good picture of the location.. too tight.

This is a pic from when the atf fluid was leaking. I think when
I tightended that up it started the other problem. Hard to say.
It didn't leak till today. I think the ice and crappy roads vibrated
it loose. The leak was only a small drip and the outer nut wasn't
terribly tight.

But man is that a pain to get at. Can't get there from underneath
so you have to remove the fan and shroud.

Bummer! Hope you got it. It does look like a part that was made to take
apart, but to brace against. Maybe Bondo if it fails.
