Re: AMC360 swap into a Wrangler ???
Also the AX15 is one of the ones that Novack make the V8 adaptors for,
according to them it will hold up behind a V8, although they don't say which
V8.

I have a 1990 jeep wrangler with an AMC 360.......a few mod's to get
more horses and it does a great job. If you use the 727 trany its
bulletproof, bolts up to the 360 and you can bolt up the NP 231
tranfer case to it.....makes your drive shaft very short but workable.
You will also have to check clearances on the tranfercase shifter
coming thru the floor. Good Luck..........passes everything but gas
station...lol because of the wrangler small gas tank. About 12 mpg on
the road. If you know the 727 trany it was put behind some of the most
powerful muscle car engines...including the 426 HEMI !!

bulletproof, bolts up to the 360 and you can bolt up the NP 231
tranfer case to it.....makes your drive shaft very short but workable.
