AMC 20 - leaking seal
Got back from an off road event this past weekend and noticed my pass
side rear axle seal (Wide Track AMC 20 Moser 1-piece axles, 4.11's,
Detroit Locker) is leaking.
Talked to Moser and they confirmed it should take a stock replacement
seal (or seals plural - "depending").
Anyone got a quick link (Bill?) to some instructional "how to do it"
for replacing the seal - or a some reply guidance on "how to do it".

Hi Lynn,
Should be basically the same as a Dana 44, go thought the flange to
unbolt the retainer and backing plate. Use a slide hammer or length of
chain attached to a lug to throw out and the axle will follow. Check the
bearing as that may be your problem, replace if it has a rusty film
covering a sealed until. Make a driver with bolts and a washer about the
same size as the seal to drive it in straight:
