an 02 TJ maintenance manual have anything to do with a '96 GC, which, if it
even has the I-6, would have a mechanical distributor, and not the 3-channel
coil-on-plug ignition?

Why don't you tell us, how you get so many more miles on your spark
plugs? Of course, you know with every miss fire, raw gasoline is washing
the lubricants from your cylinders and valve stems, causing so much ware
you had to sell your Cherokee. Where just changing the oil, filters,
plugs at normal intervals has my '78 Bronco with 350,000 miles on it
running like new, without every having the heads off:

trade in your tired I6 and V10 and get new engines to destroy, and tell
us how bad American engineering is.
