Judging by you lack of maintenance, you're probably also using a
low quality gasoline that builds up carbon so your car is now
preignition, dieseling rather than using spark timing.

What do you mean by a low quality gasoline? I use 87 octane just as the manual
specifies. I usually stop at whatever gas station is near me when i need gas,
and i stay away from the crappy no name gas stations.
