97 Wrangler help please.

97 Wrangler help please.
Hello,
Need to replace some parts. Thanks for any help.
1) The front steering/suspension damper (Looks like a shock absorber). It is
leaking fluid. Should the tires be on the ground or suspended before
changing this part out?
2) Serpentine engine accessory belt. Looks like just one bolt to loosen the
tensioner. Correct?
Any hints tips appreciated!!

don't forget to get the serpentine belt tension gauge (about
$6.00.....cheap) & look in the FSM for specs. I will look in mine if you
e-mail me........

don't forget to get the serpentine belt tension gauge (about
$6.00.....cheap) & look in the FSM for specs. I will look in mine if you
e-mail me........
