I would rather say that it's the Doctors that are not that smart,
judging by the doctors at Tri City Hospital, Oceanside, Kalifornia, that
were assigned to my Mother. All they were interested in was doing more
and more tests trying to justify a feeding tube. There were two nurses,
that wanted to help out of hundreds of burnt out zombies

Blame the lawyers, and the fact that your Board of Medical Examiners has
money to investigate complaints. Those doctors were scared to death to do
the wrong thing, or to be accused of doing so.

Yes, our litigious society is a big problem. But the doctors
couldn't even remember my mom had, had a massive stroke, between visits.
Many times I had to pick up the clip board, and have them re-familiarize
with their patent! Although, it would have save me four thousand a month
for four years, if they had killed her.

couldn't even remember my mom had, had a massive stroke, between visits.
Many times I had to pick up the clip board, and have them re-familiarize
