Ok, let me see if I got this right...
You have dirty fuses so your dash quit on you. This caused a no spark
situation by shutting down the computer.
You then started changing things like the timing chain for some reason?
Now you have the dash and spark working but something is 'off'.
I would be double checking the timing chain.
