I have a 91XJ, but my owners manual is not for sale. Try Ebay or maybe,
just maybe, the dealer.
The rocker switch puts the transmission into either a "normal" or
"Power" mode. In the "power" mode, it stays in the lower gears longer,
which would be good for trailer towing, for example. I never use it
(leave it in normal..maybe it actually says "economy") except for about
once a year to make sure it still works. It does NOT appear to solve the
problem of hunting back and forth between lockup vs no lockup and 3rd vs
4th on steep interstate upgrades (I-5 on the Grapevine if I'm pushing
it). For those situations, I just put it in "3" until the top of the hill.

I have a 91XJ, but my owners manual is not for sale. Try Ebay or maybe,
just maybe, the dealer.
The rocker switch puts the transmission into either a "normal" or
"Power" mode. In the "power" mode, it stays in the lower gears longer,
which would be good for trailer towing, for example. I never use it
(leave it in normal..maybe it actually says "economy") except for about
once a year to make sure it still works. It does NOT appear to solve the
problem of hunting back and forth between lockup vs no lockup and 3rd vs
4th on steep interstate upgrades (I-5 on the Grapevine if I'm pushing
it). For those situations, I just put it in "3" until the top of the hill.
