I am under the impression that the emissions has a 70K warranty? Maybe
I am wrong? The emissions timer goes off around 80K I believe.

P0138 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)



P0136 is simply "malfunction" of the O2 sensor. My guess is that the sensor
itself is old. It lives in a very hostile environment, and must be replaced
on occasion.
