P0138 - Left Bank Downstream or Downstream and Pre-Catalyst O2S Shorted to Voltage
- Oxygen sensor input voltage maintained above the normal operating range.

This is telling you that one of the O2 sensors is having problems. On an I6 this would be
the sensor before the catalytic converter.

You don't say why the rotors needed turning, but if they were severely warped they will warp
again. Make sure who ever does your wheels that they use a torque wrench on the lugs and
not an impact(air) wrench.

Just so you know, your posts are making No sense at all...

A Bad O2 sensor has ---- all to do with brakes and should be under
warranty.
