The 2000 and up Cherokee Sports are pretty nice. So nice they stopped making
them because the Krauts where afraid that it would rob the Libby's market
share. DumbA$$es...

I think Daimler-Chrysler did a lot of cheapening over the years. We'll see
whether that affects long term reliablity. The newer ones are certainly more
refined ergonomically than the older ones. Whether that's a plus or minus is
up to you. I like the look of my '93 better than the more car-like look of
the newer ones, but on the other hand the climate controls are primitive and
the window/lock controls are very hard to operate in the dark...
