1990 Wrangler AT ?'s
Checking out a 1990 6cyl, automatic wrangler. Half doors with sliders, newer
soft top. Black, laredeo. 140,000 miles. Did this vintage of wrangler use
the same transmission as the 90's cherokees? I'll be doing a spring-over on
it if I get a YJ, and running 33's. Will the AT in this jeep last?
Thanks,
Carl

Hi Carl,
You should have no problem with the trans:
http://www.off-road.com/jeep/tech/trans/tf999.html providing it's fluid
and filter was changed ever twenty five thousand miles.
Be planning on exchanging the rear end:
