No, I was so happy they got it to work, I forgot to ask. But, I did
watch what the guy was doing. He re-connected the green wires to
diferrent locations in the harness.
The Best Buy I went to is in East Hanover, NJ. Later, I followed up
with a phone call and spoke to a manager named Nicole. I'm sure she
didn't know anything about installs, but she apologized and offered me
a gift card for the WHOLE amount of the installation! I'll go see her
Friday.
Anyway, thanks for your help, sorry for flying off the handle like
that, but I was so pissed off, I couldn't sleep that night. Now when
all is said and done, the system sounds SWEET!!!

Exactly what I did. I'll have to go there Friday night, to pick up the
rest of the money. The management DOES seem to care a little bit more
then an average employee...
