At Earthlink the suggested thing to do is to post the request in
their local newsgroup earthlink.support.usenet and wait. And wait.
I don't know anything about ***.net. I would try emailing their
customer support and asking (A) if they can get the group added or
(B) if not, who to contact.
I'm going to try posting a picture.

Your suggestion gave me the idea to check the *** groups for my
equivalent: ***.internet.discussion.newsgroups and find an address of:
newsmaster@***.net Hope to see your pictures.
