I guess that explains why a common rallying cry at gay pride parades is
"10% is not enough, recruit, recruit, recruit!"

It's nice to know that some courts still look out for the best
interests of children. Now they need to make sure that they don't go
to nutballs or any of the other bad foster homes that they sometimes
go to.
