Hi all! I have a 2010 Wrangler Unlimited 3.8 with 134k on the clock, my rear brakes are toast (never replaced) and decided I should also do the fronts at the same time. Well the front brakes looked like they still had a few thousand miles left I replaced the pads anyway. Shocker the front U joints at the wheel look and feel like they are about to fall out!
Stock axle is 3.73 gears does anyone know if I can pull the front axles and just replace the "U' joints at the wheel or do I have to replace both axles (drivers and passenger) side?

Unless the've changed things you can change just the u-joints, you do however have to remove the wheel bearings to get the shafts out. It's not a difficult job but it does take time.
