Tires

Re: Tires
Well to start I live 50klm out of Thunder Bay up in the hills. The back hwys and sideroads are not maintained as well as main hwys. No salt, just sand on the occasional corner. So far so good. Snowed like crazy today temps just around freezing. No deep snow yet but this heavy wet snow is no problem for the Duratracs, haven't even needed 4wd yet. and traction control light has only come on once on a steep country road. Not bad for a big wide tire and I am impressed with the ride too..

Re: Tires
Checking my facts, and I suspect the Upeers may very well have been talking about an early form of MTR's. The tread pattern of the "new" MTR's most definitely does not match what they were running, which may very well have lead me to believe they were Duratracs. However the pattern of the Duratracs you folks are discussing is equal not what they had either. My humblest appologies, I will chastise my self by ordering the suicide wings with my beer tonight.
