Just took mine off today for the first time to drive this year. It's fantastic.
I had a b$@h of a time getting them off last week to strip and bedline the hinges. I had to actually unbolt a couple of them with the doors still on, they were so stuck. Clean the pins and apply a bit of grease and they will come off no problem.
While you're at it take your door surrounds off also. Completes the look, IMHO.

I have the Rugged Ridge relocation brackets, but the passenger side mirror is not visible when the doors are on. I would like to have it so that I do not have to move the mirrors everytime I take the doors off. (Kinda lazy, me) Has anyone tried using a TJ mirror with these brackets to extend it out a bit?
