Mountain Edition
What does anyone know about the Mountain Edition?
Is it a mid-range model with an odd colour scheme?
I'm not so sure about the colour (mango) and the grill painted to match the wheels, but it has the options I like (ABS, AC, cruise). It certainly is different looking.
My local Stealership has a 2010 with 3,000Kms for $22,000. I'm sure they'd like to get rid of it before the 2012 start coming in.

Re: Mountain Edition
Hmm I thought the Islander was a step up from the Sport and the Mountain is actually a Rubicon..
Check the options list to see if it has a D44 front axle with locking Differentials (I believe it does).

Re: Mountain Edition
Both the Islander and Mountain modles are base wanglers with few graphic changes, Rubi wheels and maybe shocks, fuel cover tail light covers but thats about it. same with the COD and Mojave, couple of small upgrades of parts they have on hand and a defferent looking package and out they go.

Have you seen the COD MW edition for the 2012 (I don't know if this is just a rumour)?
