Madoc eh? Lakefield here....any good places to play?

 

I play most of the time just north of Madoc at Lingham Lake and the towerline. The lake is a mud run and the towerline is more playing on the rocks. They can both be done with stock rigs and if u want to play there are lots of "alternate routes" that can challenge just about any rig. There is one water hole on the towerline that u have to go around it is 5ft deep, at the base of Candy Mountain. The lake run can have deep water at the river and Johnsons hole and u sort of have to no where to go because both have deep holes, this year water has been really low and no problem for stock rigs. I am almost always up for these runs seeing they are 15min from my house. Lake run is 1hr in 1hr out, towerline is 26km and takes a day most of the time. There is also Consesion Lake more up your way, it is on the Ontario Trails site, u can find it with a google search.
