Default p/s pulley exploded

97 grand cherokee
Anyone ever had this problem. pulled out of the driveway kind of lerched for a second. got about a minute down the road. heard a loud squeeling and before I could turn down the radio snap bang clang and no more power and no more power steering puled over and shut it down to check what happened. and no surpintine belt or power steering pulley found them both about 50 feet back with the whole center of the pulley missing. looks like the bolt somehow unscrewed itself. gonna have to check it in the light tomorrow make sure no other damage. Well I guess I'm not going snowboarding sat morning.

well looks like no extra damage power steering still works fine.
Whoever thought it was a good idea to use a plastic pulley in the engine bay should be slapped they tend to develop stress cracks from the heat after oh I'd say about 14 years apparently.
