Since this is a Jeep forum for Canadian Jeeps, I'm hoping someone here has more information about the "Olympic Edition" made specifically for the Canadian market in 2002. Was this an option package you could tick a box for at your local dealer, or were these made for a specific group of people (Olympic volunteers/athletes?).

They are not much different visually than a regular Grand Cherokee Laredo, except for the "Limited Edition" badge with the Olympic logo on the front fenders. It would seem that all Olympic edition models are equipped with the 4.7L V8, Selec-Trac, limited-slip Dana 44, tinted windows, trip computer, heated mirrors, and power driver's seat, but other than that they're standard Laredo.

I've poked around the Internet and the only other source of information I found was on wjjeeps.com, which has even less information than I've given here.
