Can the new 2014-15 grand cherokee use 31 inch tires?
I only see the ones with lesser size in the official pics.

ps. I dont hate the newer Jeeps, i just hate the fact that i cant find any footage
of a new Jeep doing serious mud ....I think a good Jeep should handle
most kinds of mud. Like 18inches of mud plus.
It should also be capable of using 31 inch tires. I havent seen that yet.
Whats going on here. a Jeep is NOT A car which uses low profile rims
for cornering...Simple as that.

If you disagree with this, Your buying a New Jeep because its New .
Not because its capable... of being a REAL JEEP.

Too bad. A real Jeep should have big tires 93 stock to 31" minimum.

Other wise your buying into Fiat. That now Owns Chrysler.

The stock tyres are close to thirty inches so an extra inch should not be a problem. performance in mud or snow is dependent to a large degree on tyres and experience. Don't know about the second gen wk's but the first gen wk's are extremely capable on snow and ice with decent tyres. My previous gk (97) went through some pretty knarly stuff off road and I don't doubt the 06 would perform in a similar manner. I don't really care what name is on the front as long as it gets me where I want to go, wherever that may be, and the gk does it in comfort. Don't judge a book by its cover.

I think ALL the jeep owners here hate me now bc i dissd the general design
of the 2010 jeep and above.
But consider this. Dont real jeep owners have 31 inch and better tires.
I think thats a no brainer.
You dont own 31 inch tires on your Jeep, Your not a real Jeep owner.

I like that.
Also, go by a toyota 4 runner that would match your style.
