where do i find the obd plug ? and is it an obd 1 or obd 2 oh and how hard is it to do the ball joints on these machines :) thanks guys

 

i think they started obd2 in 97 if i remember correctly. if it is obd2 its under the dash on the drivers side, pretty impossible to miss. i have no experience with obd1. balljoints arent too hard, just takes time, patience and money. if the hub hasnt been pulled off for a couple years that will probably be the hardest part. you need a 12 or 13 point 13mm. i recommend buying a thin metal bristle brush to scrub the rust off the hub bolts. a brand new 3/8 hammerable chisel and BFH will come in handy once the hub bolts are out. then you need a balljoint press.
